This was a great experience from the start. They send you a follow up email making sure you know step by step of what’s going on with your unique ring or ring that you purchased. Answered my questions promptly. Great communication when it came to delivering the ring to said location. Honestly I love the ring I uniquely selected and seeing it for the first time was priceless. I can’t wait to propose next year!
