Going the extra mile!
When Renee and Kristi didn't have the earring studs in the carat size with the clarity rating, I ordered, they offered to either give a credit for a diamond of "lessor" clarity OR go up to next carat size. Easy choice for me GO UP. The diamonds were brilliantly clear and "sparkling". On Christmas morn my wife was thrilled with her gift. Thank You.

Personal attention made this purchase a pleasure.
I really do not like filling these out and usually do not. However, the shopping experience with your company was exceptional. You had a real person answer the phone when I called to check on the order. They were pleasant to talk to and able to provide meaningful information about the order and the shipping. Your product arrived when you said it would and included a hand written note. You did things to make the purchase experience unique and extremely pleasant. Also I was not buying a very expensive item. I hope your company enjoys tremendous success.

I love my ring
I love my ring! It’s absolutely perfect, and everything I wanted. Mostly I was blown away by the caring and attentive personal customer service. Overall, working with Plum was an amazing experience. I’m so impressed and would recommend to anyone looking for jewelry.

Absolutely Beautiful Custom Ring
Plum worked with me to come up with a custom ring and wedding band that is absolutely stunning. Renee is great to work with and kept me updated all through the process. There were some issues with shipping. It was shipped Next Day and FedEx failed to deliver next day. I finally received it 4 days late with many headaches in the process of delivery. I highly recommend Plum for quality jewelry and a professional staff, however I’m very dissatisfied with FedEx.
