Plowz & MowzReviews of plowzandmowz.com

Very convenient!

The entire experience was horrible and not worth my time and effort. I wanted some simple landscaping done and it was a comedy of errors from the word go. There were cancellations, no-shows, constant changes to what they would do and what they wouldn't, a complete lack of organization on their part, and when all was said and done the work that was actually done was crappy. I would never consider using them ever again.

I was totally shocked at how bad the service is.

They are great when their contractors show up. I have waited days and days, sometimes a week to get someone here to do my lawn or plow my driveway. How well it’s done, when it’s done, depends on the contractors, which for the most part are pure professionals. There are a few who leave a lot to be desired, but these either don’t show or are thankfully few and far between. Overall a 3. Concept is good and when it works is nice.

There were several times the provider didn't show up and if they did the we work was not cimported. Even when I paid Xtra to have some edging done it wasn't completely done. Would not recommend

It is kind of pricey for what you get......

its easy, quick and affordable service

While it is good to have a service like this, I did not have good experiences. One time they plowed someone else's house so I came home late at night with no boots (had been out of town) and had to get through a foot of snow to get inside. Another time, the did not plow the entire driveway in front of the garage doors (left a good six feet unplowed and said they could not reach it). The driveway does turn, but Plowz and Mowz, as well as several other plowers were able to plow this area over the past 20 years. Also, they breakdown the walkway into so many little pieces that have to be paid separately (landing, stairs, walkway) that it will cost you at least $40 to have a short walkway shoveled. Nice concept; poor implementation. Get a kid in your neighborhood to shovel.
