I was scheduled Wednesday and no one showed up. It wasn’t until Thursday they said they were late. Thursday I knew We would have bad weather and it delayed then for several more days.

Terrible service never again

I first time I used Plowz & Mowz I had great service on my plowing request. The 2nd time I used them, the plow truck showed up later than the window that I was told the would be there. The 3rd and last time I used Plwz & Mowz - I called at 7:15am to schedule my driveway to be plowed and was given a time window for when the plow truck would arrive. Time window came and went, I called in to check with truck was coming and was told "soon". called back 1.5hrs later when no truck showed up and was told "the truck assigned to my request was just finishing up in another area and then was going to head to my area" - I asked them what does that mean an hour, 2 hours, more. And was told within an hour. I called back at 3pm as my driveway still wasn't plowed and asked what happened to the plow driver? I was told he would be there soon. I pressed and asked them to give me a specific time and only then was I told "he thinks he will get to your driveway at 11pm". I cancelled the plowing request. Very upset that I wasn't told at one of the numerous other times I called that it was going to be 11pm (not "soon" or "within the hour". Very bad communication and customer service on this last request.

Having Plowz and Mowz care for my front hillside means that I am not getting into trouble on the slope. At 71, my entire family is thankful for Plowz and Mowz. They do a super job-- the hillside is tidy and neat-- but best of all I am not entertaining the neighbors with my interesting falls :) Thank you so very much! JudyE!

I like the service in general. The only hangup i had was with a snowplow request. ..there was a large storm with around 6" of snow predicted the next day...i wanted to " get on the list" ahead of time, but the app scheduled me immediately. There was no plowable snow at that time. Had to go through customer support to get it right. Other than that ,grass mows have always been good.

Will not be returning

Service initially was great. Then I kept getting my services pushed back, so I canceled the service but was then repeatedly charged each week for reoccuring service I never even opted into reoccurrence for. . .and it took multiple attempts to get that fixed. . Their systems need work, and their contractors need to show when they are scheduled.
