"For MOWZ™, basic mowing, trimming, and blowing clippings off hard surfaces is included." I paid for this service twice within 7 days, each job was incomplete and unsatisfactory. Plowz and Mowz has refused to have a new service provider or anyone re-mow. Furthermore, they refused to help me find a different service provider. Additionally, they refused to refund any portion due to the incomplete work.

This was the 4th time I've used this app, and the 2nd time they couldn't find anyone to do the work. The two times they came last winter for snow removal was great. The two times this summer I have booked for lawn mowing they can't seem to find anyone who will do it. They are poor with communication. I have to contact them at the end of the week now (when they could have mowed any day this week) to see if they have someone coming to mow. Their response was that the provider hadn't gotten back to them yet. Ok, were they going to let me know? I guess not. I won't be using them again.

They never trimmed bushes. They only cut the lawn and poorly. They spun the tires in the grass EVERY time. So not what we wanted at our new home.

Good plowing but the pricing varies a lot between drivers based on the individual drivers opinion of the size of the job. Of course they don’t actually measure. 45 bucks one plow, 90 bucks for the next. I won’t do that again.

For the most part Plowz & Mowz is awesome for basic lawn cutting service. When I tried to use it for a different service... No one would respond to the request for landscaping work. The other thing at the time is the app would make you review the services after the work was completed and it would only let you in if you left a review Thank you, Rich

I love the potential of your business, but every time I’ve used you I’ve had horrible customer service issues. You guys would say you’d call me back about an issue and no one ever would, sometimes it would take weeks to get a quote and I wouldn’t receive any updates along the way, and sometimes I’ve been harassed daily from you about open quotes. Very disorganized, never received an apology. You are still an option for me to use, but now third on the list and only in case of an emergency.
