The customer service and responsiveness is good. I've had bad experiences with the vendors they outsource to. The last two experiences have led to calling the vendor back to finish the job and the last experience was mowing the wrong yard and then waiting 4 days for resolution and having to cancel and find another service myself when Plowz&Mowz couldn't complete it.

Same vendor both times. Did not know who was coming until he arrived I would prefer to know which service providers avail in order to select as I would have not have had the same one come back
