Great on Demand Services!

Needs work but has potential

Used them for the first time last winter for clearing snow in the driveway. Was very impressed at how quickly they came out and cleared the area in no time. Because of that, we decided to use them for lawn care. Wow!!! The service was as different as day and night this time. Wanted grass cut and small bushes trimmed. Chose a date and no one came. Called a number to find out what happened and was told there was no record of the order. Promised to be out the next day. That didn't happen until a few more days went by. Had already put in a request to have bushes trimmed. That didn't happen either. They asked for pictures of the bushes. Sent them. Claimed they didn't get them. Gave me a number to text them to. Did that, but someone texted me back from the company and asked what the pictures were for. Lots of confusion, no one seemed to know who was doing what. Real messy. Will never use them again. Losing one client probably doesn't matter to them, but had they done what they said they could do, they would have had a permanent customer. We had signed up to have our lawn done every two weeks, but they didn't even follow up with that either and we were looking forward to using them for snow removal again. No longer recommend them to anyone like we did with the snow removal.

Their first appointment was spectacular service and results. Sec visit—-mower flew thru his job, results not so good! But I would use them one more time since the first job was great.

Crew showed up, but a lot of confusion as they did not verify the work and I was away and could not. Confirmed it was done when I came home but they sent another crew, which added to confusion.

I scheduled a mow and they didn’t show til next week and they only communicate via email. Made excuses that they fired the contractor.

They came on a cold, wet day and took their time and did a great job. Double cut the lawn, weed whacking, edging, moved lawn furniture and gave the dog a pat on the head.

Consistent great service!
