Plowz & MowzReviews of plowzandmowz.com

We use Plowz when we are on vacation halfway around the world, it makes it look like someone is home. They send a price before you agree for the work, similar to Uber. Plus they send pictures of the completed job, love it!

Over the past two years I have been pretty satisfied. I don’t have to worry about lawn care anymore.

Great job! A little pricey.

Absolutely terrible. I was promised service and nobody showed up, I had to call several times. Part of my lawn wasn't mowed. They destroyed lights in my yard (about five feet tall and I could not move them out of the way, how does one do this?!). Then the company tried to blame ME for the destruction. Their customer service was so rude. I try to be incredibly nice and understanding, I even showed pictures and spoke very calmly about what happened. I recommend that people not use or trust this company.

I used plowz and mows this summer and found them to be a very reliable company. I did have some trouble with the app, and actually had to phone in my order. The people that I talked to on the phone were courteous and kind. I recommend them.

Plowz & Mowz has worked out well for us to manage our snow removal. We previously contracted for snow removal for the season and often were forgotten and had to phone to request removal, even though the contract amount was pre-paid. By using Plowz & Mowz the work has been well done and the scheduling is at the time we set.

The quality of service decreased dramatically over the course of two years. Often the service was postponed or dropped altogether. On two occasions, it took over a week to get rescheduled and then the company said there would be additional charges for overgrown grass. Quality of service dropped too. On two occasions, grass clippings were left all over my patio from the mows. Used to be good but not dependable at all anymore.

amazing every time no matter what the job.
