At first I loved this site
At first I loved this site. First time i ordered for my driveway to be plowed, they were here within the hour. AWESOME!!!!! Next time I ordered, the guy that picked up my ticket couldn't get to me until the next day. There should be a way to decline and be put back in the "queue" so someone else who might be able to come sooner can pick up the ticket. I eventually cancelled the second order with no problem whatsoever.

Thank you for the feedback Susan. We try to get each service completed as efficiently as possible, whether that means keeping it with the same landscaper or plow driver or finding another partner that can complete the service more quickly. We will work on better communicating this to our customers when issues arise.
