I wouldn't give any stars if i could, absolute scam artists, I deactivate my account months agao and they still continued to charge me , when I contacted support I was emailing with Bessie, when i emailed i advised they had charged me that day and when i looked at my bank it went all the way back to march in which i had deactivated, but they contined to charge, the response was so your having difficulties signing in, NO i resoneded they totally overlooked that they had been charging me, when evetually they said they had cancelled it I asked can i have a refund in which i was told no , do not sign up to these , they are scam artists

Leider auch in die Abofalle gekommen. Hatte scheinbar über eine andere Fitnessapp ein Testangebot freigeschalten bekommen, was ich nie genutzt habe. Mir wurden einfach 150€ ohne Vorwarnung als Jahresabo abgebucht. Kein Hinweis, keine Erinnerung. Selbst auf Nachfrage beim Kundenservice wird erwidert, dass es keine Rückerstattungen gibt, obwohl ich mich sofort bei Abbuchung gemeldet habe. Deswegen aufpassen und lieber erst garnicht ein Konto bei dieser unseriösen App haben!

I really liked the app itself, and the product has a lot of potential. Unfortunately, my experience with their customer support completely changed my opinion. Without my explicit consent, I was automatically charged $200 for an annual subscription. I immediately contacted support, but "Bessie" either ignored my emails or failed to address the issue in any meaningful way. A great app cannot make up for terrible customer service. It's disappointing to see a company treat its customers this way. I hope the owners take the time to read the reviews on Trustpilot and realize there is a serious problem with how customer support is being handled. Until then, I cannot recommend this company.

I cancelled my subscription on June 8th, the exact date they provided as the end of the trial period. Despite this, Pliability charged me $278. When I requested a refund, support refused, claiming I had to cancel before that date, contradicting their own written communication. The customer experience has been poor. They refuse to acknowledge their own ambiguous language and are using it to lock users into expensive annual payments. I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious! Their billing practices lack transparency and they do not stand by their own stated trial dates. I am now escalating this through my financial institution.

Really poor experience - and judging by the amount of bad reviews I am not alone. I am a long time user of Pliability. Somewhere down the line I accidentally re subscribed with a separate email address - not sure how. Once I realised, I contacted them and asked if they’d be willing to refund - they’ll be able to see I hadn’t logged on once and have an active account with a separate email. The rather stubborn customer service assistant Bessie wouldn’t budge. When I asked if I could escalate the matter or make a complaint, she told me she was the person who would receive it. Bit pointless then. It’s sad pliability can’t look after long term customers but I definitely will never be renewing my membership after they’ve treated me like this and taken my money for an account I never even logged into.

Terrible! They have no email verification set in setting up an account. My email address was entered incorrectly so unfortunately I received no emails from them - so I assumed the account set up was not completed. Then was charged a non-refundable $30 for a platform I had no idea I signed up to. Yes, user error here in inputting email - but they should certainly have account verification steps to ensure user accounts are set up correctly.

I have never disliked a company this bad before. Their content is bad and not worth paying for

Their welcome email said my free trial “ends on Saturday June 13th” and to “cancel anytime before your trial ends.” I cancelled on the 13th, the date they gave me, and was still charged. Support’s explanation was that the 13th is actually billing day and the trial ended before it, which directly contradicts the end date in their own email. App’s fine; the trial-end wording is misleading and they won’t reverse a charge made on the date they told you to cancel by. Check your exact renewal time, not just the date.
