TWO BAD CONTAINER
I ORDERED THREE BOTTLES OF Plexaderm Rapid Reduction serum on October 31st 2019 and received them about the middle of November. Excited to try the product I used it right away and it did make a difference, not like TV but it did look better. Anyway because of the coast I only used it when it was a special day. I had no reason to use for the past three months since we have been in isolation. Last week May 20th 2020 was our 25th wedding anniversary. We are still not going to eat out so we decided to pack a lunch and drive up to the Mogollom Rim I wanted to use some serum but it was empty. I took a new bottle to use and to my surprise nothing would come out. I was quite disappointed I kept pumping it to make it work but no luck. I called Plexaderm today but because it was 1 and 1/2 weeks past 6 months said they could not replace them. I asked what the shelf life was and does this happen often. She instructed me to pump it 15 times in three different ways but nothing worked. So I have reason to believe this is a manufactures defect. It was not a new situation for her she had instructions for me to do. I'm not satisfied and just wanted to put it out their so others would be aware.
