We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience with Plexaderm. That’s definitely not the result we want our customers to have. While it works well for many, we understand that every skin type reacts differently. It sounds like you may have applied too much product. The application process is key, very little goes a long way. It's important to apply a very thin even layer and allow it to set for up to 10 mins with minimal facial movement.  We appreciate you trying it and are glad to hear you were able to get a full refund.
