I love what product does for me but this lil plastic pods are aggravating! i’m older and it’s difficult to squeeze the product out when you are “almost” at end! zig you cut pod with scissors you can get more out but then the rest dries out! Poor design! The pump was a problem as well! What about a jar???? Reconsidering my purchase which is disappointing bc I love what my eyes look like when used

Product definitely delivers results but they are short lived. Afters couple hours product started to flake and peel. I wish it would have gave me a longer result but I was happy with the result.

I love this product and have been using it for years. I would give it 5 stars, except for this problem. I have a brand new bottle that I purchased in the past year that will not pump. It's certainly not that I don't know how to do it. It's too expensive to just throw it away. It's not the first time I've come across this issue. Gail

Plexaderm probably works on Caucasians because you can’t see the after effects of drying. On African American skin it dries like a glossy film. Makeup doesn’t cover the shine. Although it works, it’s not THE product for African American People or at least the people I know that tried it. So, I threw it in the drawer.

When using this product I did see about a 40% reduction in my eye bags. However, this product fails to mention that it leaves the area where product was applied feeling stiff and almost plastic feeling. I felt as though I couldn't make an expression with my eyes after applying the product.

I received it yesterday. I was impressed however the bottle felt empty. For $70.00 I expected more of this product. Probably can't afford this again 😓

It worked for me I had to be very still for the 10 mins and it was a bit uncomfortable but the results were a huge difference My only complaint would be I get some weird lines after the 10 mins under my eyes and my skin dries seems to become flaky Why does the flakiness happen ? Did I do something wrong?

i love the product, however i was gifted 2 bottles of rapid reduc and they would not work. nothing would come out. I called the company and they put me thru an hour of test on bottles as apparently they have this issue a lot and bottles still did not work I have bought bottles myself but mostly several bottles gifted to me either way they would not refund unless person that gifted to me would call them and they said no they just would not buy the product again sooooo my grandson took product to his work and cut it open and I was REALLY shocked the bottles only contained 1 full fingertip of product !!!!! so sadly no more Plexaderm for me and i have told my friends do not buy CUSTOMER SERViCE HORRIBLE
