Product does not lasts hours like you promote. A couple of hours most times. Also if product was made clear and went on clear that would be 100% better. I have to use more than a little as product says. It then cakes under my eyes and looks terrible. But it does help under eye bags for a while.

Product only lasts 3 to 4 hours. Otherwise it would be fantastic.

My wife says that you can see the product under my eyes. I am 100% sure I rub the cream in properly, what am I doing wrong?

It does shrink the tissues around the eyes but for woman it also dries up and leaves the skin flaky. When you put your makeup on it looks pretty bad because it looks like your skin is pealing and flaking.

I've been using for years..loved it! However..I HATE the new individual little pods. They are hard to squeeze and when it finally comes out...its way to much...alot if product wasted! And I think they changed the makeup of the product..alot of white residue now. It's a shame. I'll be looking at other products now. Another company went and wrecked a good thing

I was really pleased to see that it made a huge difference at first. It has its weaknesses, though. You have to figure out how much and how to apply. Ive wasted MUCH trying to re apply it just right. Lately though even though I continue to apply on a clean, dry face, it is just not working, or barely working. I am not getting good results. So I am disappointed at having diminishing returns. Is there a reason that it would just stop working? I will be searching for a better product of this kind.

I purchased Plexaderm for my dark circles (no bags under my eyes), and I was amazed at how my skin tightened and the circles disappeared within minutes. I had a few problems, though. You have to put the right amount on--not too little and not too much. If you put on too little, the skin will tighten only some places and not others, creating weird puffiness or the appearance of big wrinkles under where I applied the product. If you put on too much product, you get a white residue. I was always aware this was on. It's makes the skin temporarily shrink, so I could always feel it pulling. The product tends to wear off pretty quickly. If I got any moisture under my eyes (water, tears), it deactivates. If you rub your eyes, it will deactivate. I couldn't use any moisturizer because it would deactivate. And for me, my under-eye area looked worse after I used it than it did before. Finally, the tightening of the skin caused the skin to break under one eye in a small place. That healed pretty quickly, but then it happened under the other eye. That's when I contacted customer care for a refund. I'm giving three stars because the customer service agent, Lara Marie C., was excellent. She asked me more questions about what went wrong, and when I told her the above information, she recommended I stop using the product and she refunded my money without needing to send it back.

First, let me say that I am African American. I tried your product about a while ago, I loved your product, I was satisfied, and would have continued using it. But, what I found was that it left a white residue under my eyes that I did not like. So, my conclusion is that this product does not do well on darker skin. If for your product would perform well on dark skin you would most definitely have my business for life. And I would recommend this product to all of my friends.
