The product works great, but three of the six bottles I purchased arrived empty!

I’ve tried this product a few times. I have a little darkness under my eyes and I always wear concealer. You cannot wear a concealer or any make up under the eye once applied. I tried an oil free concealer and that did not work either. If you do try a concealer it does not work and becomes Cakey. The best antidote is to age gracefully or have surgery for bags under the eyes. It expensive and drys out very fast.

I'm giving plexaderm 2 Stars only for help that I received from customer service. They refunded my money with no issues. I'm happy to say, I only purchased the sample size. It seem to irritate my skin. I saw the review for African American skin type. No, it does not work well on our skin. It made white outlines and darkened under my eyes, I used it for eye puffiness. I am light brown skin. I washed my face because I thought , I had used too much. I reapply the plexiderm, just a tiny dab. It did the same thing when I try to smile, it created white steaks and wrinkles and darkened under my eyes and caused wrinkling once again after it dried. It created wrinkles that I know, I do not originally have. For my skin type, I would not recommend this product.

I Kinda liked the product but you don't get much In the bottle for the price and sometimes it feels caked but it does give you that tightness feeling

Ordered a bottle awhile back and used it a "few" times. Paid $69 for it. Got it out yesterday and it is empty. I did not get many uses out of the small bottle, therefore, I will not purchase anymore....

Plexiderm is not for Black People! This may be why there are no black people on the commercials. It drys out the skin and leaves a visible residue. I had to moisturize my face because it felt like ASH, then the bags reappeared. In the wake of racial awareness these days, I expect Plexaderm to consider a formula that is good for black skin. Again...this is a time for companies to take a look at themselves. Ask yourself WHY there are NO black.or people of color in your commercials?? As instructed, I only used a small portion and everytime there is a visible residue.

Spend less money on deceptive and wasteful packaging and instead increase the amount of Plexaderm Rapid Reduction Serum in the container. I felt cheated before I even tried product based on the deceitful packaging and minuscule amount of serum. Tried it once, and I’m not impressed. More serum product in container would make me feel as if I were less cheated.

What this product does is temporarily tighten the skin, which has the effect of removing wrinkles and puffiness. The problem with it is that the effect wears off after 20 to 60 minutes, after which whatever the skin-tightening removed is back the way it was. If you want to look good for about half an hour for some reason (i.e. photos, a quick video conference), then this might help you look better/younger/whatever. Otherwise, it's a waste of money.
