Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We’re sorry to hear that the first tube seemed only partially full and that you noticed some discoloration on your skin. To clarify, our serum has a natural pink tint in the tube but dries completely clear when applied, so it should be transparent on the skin when used with the recommended amount. Regarding the “racoon eyes” effect, this can sometimes happen if the Plexaderm is applied too heavily or unevenly. Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We're glad to hear you're loving the Plexaderm Rapid Reduction Serum. Our formula is highly concentrated, and applying too much can sometimes result in dryness, a tightening sensation, or visible residue. For the best results, we recommend using a very small amount (about a half a pea size) and spreading it evenly across the desired area. Allow the Plexaderm to dry completely, approximately 10 minutes without facial movement during this time. If residue remains after drying, gently pat the area with a slightly damp cotton swab or cotton ball to reduce excess product. Should you have any questions please give us a call at 1-800-681-0366. For touch-ups, we recommend applying a very small amount over the existing product using a light tapping motion, rather than rubbing or layering heavily. When it comes to foundation, water-based works best. Using a gentle patting technique with a damp makeup sponge can help blend it without disturbing the area too much.
