Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We're very sorry to hear Plexaderm didn't meet your expectations. We would love to learn more about your experience and understand which Plexaderm item you are referring to. The Plexaderm Rapid Reduction Serum should not be used at night, in fact should be washed off before bed. This serum should be applied in the morning to a clean dried face and applied in a thin, even layer allowing up to 10 minutes to fully dry with minimal facial movements.  Please don't hesitate to give our customer experience team a call at 1-800-681-0366, we're here to help!

Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad to hear the Plexaderm is working for you, though we’re sorry about the white film you’re experiencing. This can sometimes happen if too much product is applied or if it’s not fully dried before applying makeup. We recommend using just a small amount, less is more with this formula, and gently patting it on in a thin, even layer allowing it fully dry (about 10 minutes). The skin on different areas of the face can react uniquely, especially in areas with more movement or expression. For best results, we recommend applying a very thin, even layer and allowing it to fully set before moving the facial muscles (about 10 minutes).
