Thanks for taking the time to share your experience with the Plexaderm Rapid Reduction Serum. We're glad to hear Plexaderm does what it claims to do and tightens the skin well. You might be experiencing residue due to applying too much product in the areas of concern. The Plexaderm formula is quite powerful if too much is applied you may experience dryness, over-tightening, or even see residue. I recommend trying a smaller-sized application and spreading it out evenly. Please allow a full 10 minutes for Plexaderm to dry. If you are still experiencing residue, try dampening a cotton ball/swab and gently pat on the areas of concern, this will help take away any unwanted product. We are very sorry to hear you're not seeing the Plexaderm be as effective as it has been previously. The only thing that's changed over the years is the packaging and applicator. The formula remains the same. However. we would love to know more about what you're experiencing and collect more information. In addition, we'd love to make things right. Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. The application process is key, be sure to evenly spread out the serum and allow it to set for 10 minutes. Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. When using additional cosmetics with Plexaderm Rapid Reduction Serum, water-based products work best. Try mixing 1/3 liquid foundation or concealer with 2/3 Plexaderm and apply with your fingertip. Allow the Plexaderm/foundation mixture to set for 10 minutes. All makeup brands are different so you may need to adjust the Plexaderm-to-foundation ratio until you get the desired results. The Plexaderm formula is quite powerful and if too much is applied you may experience dryness, over tightening, or even see residue.
