I can't comment on the product as I cancelled the order 20 minutes after I placed it. The company's business practice was not up to very good standards. I went to the plexaderm canada website and placed an order for $122 only to find a charge for $164 on my charge account. I phoned them to be told it's in American money. No where on the site did it say US funds. I was told by the company that because their head office was located in new York, I should have known. All I know from this exchange, is that this company is not an upfront company and does not deserve any business outside of their borders since they don't care about anyone else beyond that. I have dealt with numerous online American companies that advertise in Canadian dollars. They will get my business, not these deceptive so called business people. If they had only been honest in their advertising it may have turned out differently as I would have paid but I won't be misled. Your response is not acceptable as you are not addressing or fixing the original problem. This says a lot about your company and it's not a good thing. Your lack of actions indicates your only interest is dealing within your borders but will dupe outsiders if they allow it.

For something that is so expensive the eye cream, I must sadly state that my creams stop coming out when the two of my tube were still halfway full. I really liked the product But I’m disappointed that more than half of the product sent to me was on able to be used due to the fact again that I was an able to get more than half the product out of the tubes.

Doesn't work. Applied under eyes for bags, around eyes for crows feet, and lower mouth area for subtle jowels and no improvement. Also you can't have skin moisturizer on face, sunscreen, or makeup while using product.

I was surprised when my face felt chalky to the touch..will not purchase again I don't want Chalk on my face

It's horrible. It's burned my under eyes, by being too dry, I think after time the acidity gets stronger, it never works the same way twice, causes crows feet that I don't have and I believe it's a dangerous product because of the acid . I would not reccoment to anyone

I think it makes your eyes sag an then it tightens an pulls more later making more wrinkles it looks worse
