I purchased three bottles and two of the three bottles are totally empty! When I called customer service the 30-day period had ended, so I am left with no recourse. They told me it was a "priming" issue and walked me through how to prime the bottle but it did not work. Out of curiosity, I opened the bottles to see if there was anything in them and it turned out they were completely empty as I suspected! A total scam! Thousands of people online are complaining about the same thing, so this appears to be a company with no integrity and major manufacturing problems.

I wish I could give 0 stars.....This product is terrible. I brought the trial size for $15. Washed my face, dried it... Applied a small size under my eye while having the other eye untouch.. to see the difference... I then waited 10 min, then a dark film residue appeared under my eye with the plexaderm. it barely dissolved my wrinkles and a wired residue sat under my eye which made it worse then before I applied it.... I WILL NOT BE PURCHASING THIS AGAIN.

Complete waste of money. Once applied any facial movement causes cracking and if you use moisturizer or makeup it immediately dissolves the product so very useless.

I bought two bottles got one free. The first bottle worked but not much in it. The other two I believe were empty. I pumped and pumped but nothing came out.i called customer service twice. Customer service would not do anything because it was over 30 days. Who uses 3 bottles in 30 days? I feel like I was scammed. The one bottle I used I used made my skin look weird. I finally figured out how to use it when the bottle ran out. It also did not work at all on for head wrinkles. The stuff worked on my eyes as long as I did not apply makeup or make any facial expressions. And then only last about an hour. Very upset that I wasted that much money. My suggestion is to shop around. There is stuff out there for just a few dollars that actually work better than Plexaderm and the bottle is clear so you know how much product is in the bottles.

As others have said if they could give a zero star they would. I used it and it dried my skin where I applied it, which was under my eyes. It made my skin worse not better. I washed it off right away and used some under eye cream made especially for under the eyes. Stay away from this product it dries your skin.

I just opened the box and pumped the bottle and nothing came out. I then called the customer care hotline and they gave me instructions to try and get product to come out. Still no luck. The company stated they could not replace it because it had been over 30 days since purchased. Money lost I guess...

Probably not for use if you have had, even years ago, plastic surgery to decrease eye bags. My eye bags are coming back after the surgery done about 7 years ago. But the plexaderm increased the wrinkling under the eyes, made them look sunken. Also you can't use cream or makeup cause it cakes. Another problem is once open you have to use it quickly or it thickens in the syringe and no more will come out even if in a zip lock. I had to throw out many tubes.

I purchased the buy two and get one free deal the first one I opened came out of the bottle fine but the other two seems to be empty or they are dried up one or the other did anyone else have the same problem ?
