I received my order for 2 bottles. One bottle will not pump. I tried what I was told to do and it did NOT work. I suspect it is empty. This has happened many times.

Can you say, CRIMINALS, THIEVES, JUNK, GARBAGE,TRASH,RIP OFF, LIES, LIES,LIES! What a complete line of BS, this has been the biggest disappointment since COVID-19! I mean, look at the commercials and KNOW that this product works 100% the OPPOSITE of how it is advertised. The worst part is the $15, that they are getting from millions of people who don’t feel it’s worth the trouble to get their money back!! These criminals have stolen all of our money and is going to get away with it!! DO NOT BUY THIS MESS!!!!

The bottles do not work called and they told me what they wanted me to do. No luck said l would retune the bottles and have the company get them to work. Still no luck. I see others have had the same problem. Why don’t they change the bottles. Not sure what I will do. I have worked with the product it’s ok just fix the bottle

I can’t believe that this is even being marketed it’s a load of cheap glue that would work better on your face then this junk. Being curious is making this successful but I highly doubt that there are re-orders.

So ooo wish I had searched for reviews before purchasing. This product DOES NOT WORK! Leaves a white residue & actually makes wrinkles look worse!

I wish I would have read these before I spent the money. Once it drys, if you’re area moves it peels off! Embarrassing! Worst ever

Plexaderm is a concealer not an eye bags elimination product. It is definitely not for people of color as it leaves a white residue. If you rub the residue away completely, the under eye bags immediately reappear. So your claim that plexaderm tightens the area underneath the eyes to achieve a more youthful appearance is bogus. Perhaps you should develop a Clear ointment version of this product if you care to provide a service to people of color at all.
