Doesn't work

After using it for a few months on and off all of a sudden it's drying my skin out under my eyes out and now they have wrinkles like an accordion...no joke!!!!👀 And it leaves dry red patches. It is so dry, red and like leather skin. I'd like to sue these idio-ts!!! I'm so upset bc I look like I aged 20 years in a few months!!! WHY is it making dry red patches under my eye & on eyelid? It takes weeks for it to go away w/ loads of moisturizer. It's like a burn!!! Horrific. I used the semi soft plastic pods.

I did not see the promised 'magic.' I tried it 3 different times using different amounts. If using makeup, it flakes.....try using smaller amount....it flakes. It doesn't matter how much or how little you use, it flakes, and I didn't see the difference. It's basically a cream that pulls the skin to shrink it, and if you interfere with the process, it breaks apart and flakes. If you can't use it with makeup, why bother? Glad I tried the trial first.

Preparation H hemorrhoid cream works waaaaaaaaay better!!! And I can wear any concealer or make-up, and even smile, without looking worse than before I put it on. I’m so glad I didn’t pay for Plexiderm, but I felt terribly embarrassed for begging my sister to purchase it as a birthday gift for me, especially when she recommended Preparation H in the first place.

Bought the sample pods. Is this what it is suppose to look like? Orange, not able to apply, semi-hard???? It is not like a lotion at all!!! If you try to apply this semi hard stuff, it just pulls your skin in every direction.

I have had a new bottle for a few months. And I cannot get it to pump any of the product

Works UNTIL it dries. Used a little less than pea size both times. And both times, as soon as it dried, despite NOT moving, I saw cracks all around my eyes. Worse than before I applied the product. Very disappointed. Waste of time and money.

I have been using this product for awhile and have found some success with it but my last bottle I could not dispense the product from the bottle. I have had this problem other times but if I continue to pump the nozzle it finally dispenses the cream. This time I could not retrieve the product from the bottle. I am very frustrated with this product and I would like you to consider sending me 2 bottle, at no charge, so I can be compensated for this problem. Thank you.
