We’re sorry for any confusion regarding your purchase and understand your concern about being charged unexpectedly. To clarify, our $14.95 trial offer does not include a subscription. While we do offer a subscription option with some other purchases, customers are fully informed and must choose that option when signing up. Plexaderm can always be purchased as a one-time purchase without enrolling in a subscription. We’d also love the opportunity to help with your Plexaderm experience. We do want to clarify that Plexaderm has not made a tube with a light-pink bottom, so we’re concerned that the product you received may not have been a Plexaderm product or may have been a packaging variation we’re not familiar with. One possibility we’d like to mention is that the product may have been purchased through a third-party seller rather than directly from the Plexaderm website. Unfortunately, products obtained through unauthorized or third-party sources can sometimes differ in authenticity, age, storage, or handling, which may affect performance. We’re glad to hear Plexaderm worked as shown initially, but we’re sorry about the dry, dusty appearance you experienced after an hour, especially during such an important occasion. For best results, try using a very small amount on clean, dry skin and apply a thin, even layer. Avoid rubbing or touching the area while it dries and allow it to fully set before making facial expressions.
