Do not use it!!!!
I used this product, and it works ONLY if you do not move the area applied to. I did around my mouth, and I followed the instructions to the letter! Once I opened my mouth, it looked the same. I bought this when is cost $70 dollars, worse investment ever! That I keep seeing TV advertisements is insulting. What a ruse!! Stay with Hyla neutronic acids or other softening creams like it to keep it moisturized. That works!! This product will not work like face life or Botox and both of those are not great either in the long run. Gravity takes its turn always. Learn to age gracefully and go on with your life with this product.

This product is so horrible that I…want to file a lawsuit against it
This product is so horrible that I actually want to file a lawsuit against it. This product broke out my skin so bad under my eyes, turned my skin black under the eyes burned my eyes and left me unable to go out of my house for days, I have pictures to show, the date and time of purchase and pictures of my face after the use, i now have to go to the eye doctor. Please remove from market. African American please don’t purchase.

It is a farce
It is a farce! I’ve tried every way to use it! It’s fine if you plan on not moving your face for the ENTIRE day. It flakes and peels. Another skin hack I fell for. DO NOT BUY

The Plexaderm formula is quite powerful and if too much is applied you may experience dryness, over tightening, or even see residue and peel. We recommend trying a smaller sized application and spreading it out evenly. Please allow a full 10 minutes for Plexaderm to dry. If you are still experiencing residue, try dampening a cotton ball/swab and gently pat on the areas of concern, this will help take away any unwanted product. Save your money
Tried it a few times. It tightened great. Flaked each time. Way past return window. Save your money. What a scam.

They do not process credit returns
I ordered their product on November 26, 2024. After using it for a little over a week, I realized I saw no results so called on 12/17/2024 and asked about the return process and 30 day guarantee. I was told they do not provide return labels and I should ship on my own. Once received I would receive a credit to my account within 5-7 business days. I sent via Priority mail with tracking. It was delivered on 12/23/2024. On 1/2/2025, I realized I still had not received my refund so I called. I had to provide the tracking number and was told that they would now process the return credit. I asked if I had not called would it had been processed and was told I had to call to start the process -- this was never told to me when I called to initiate the return. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told none was available and they would have someone call me -- still no call. I also asked for a confirmation email for the refund and was told I would have this yesterday. Still no email, no call and no refund. This is the worst return experience I have ever had. I notified my credit card company to dispute the charge as I have no confidence in them refunding the money to me. It was also odd that I posted about my experience on their Facebook page and the post has been removed. Avoid this company at all costs.

I just used it for the first time and…
I just used it for the first time and didn’t see any changes after 20 minutes. Forehead lines and wrinkles around the mouth are still there. What a scam
