The shipping was very fast and without any problems. Pleaser makes nice shoes in a great variety of styles and sizes. The quality exceeded my expectations. However there is room for improvement: Two pairs had already little optical flaws and in earlier shipments there were two boxes that got compressed more that I'd wished.

Hi there, I sincerely apologize for the delay. We try to process all refunds within 5 business days of receipt, and it looks like yours took the full 5 days. We will work to improve this turnaround in the future.

One of my favorite shoe brands out there. Everything from cute flats to sky heel stripper heels.

Brilliant product! Unfortunately not true to size and wouldn’t zip over my ankles

Good this is my second pair not to happy about the suede front messing up as soon as I wore them

I loved the look of these heels, but unfortunately there was a defect on the left outsole. I contacted Pleaser via email and received a refund after submitting pictures of the batch number and defect.
