The beyond 009 heels broke after being used twice in the middle arch. I reached out to customer service and was told that they cannot provide replacement heels. I would appreciate if we could get compensated for the heels breaking so fast.p

Boots started peeling immediately after first wear. This was really disappointing as it was a big purchase for me and I was very excited to wear them.

I ordered my shoe to the APO box. I didn’t receive my shoe nor the refund. And they emailed me that they are going to not refund me my delivery money

Peeling cracking shoes with no ability to get a refund because they were discounted. Just because they are discounted doesn’t mean you should sell damaged shoes. Not happy.

The boots are not what was expected. Too much heel and I can’t even tie them up to the top. To top it off I couldn’t return for a store credit or anything. No e wouks answer the phone when I called or called my number back. I won’t be purchasing anything else from my favorite shoe store since I just wasted $200 dollars

Shipping took extremely long and once I received the shoes, the elastic broke on them before I could even place the shoe on my foot

Im so disappointed. Customer service sucks, shipping suck , whatever you do dont return ha~ girl this is your warning get shoes somewhere else
