I sized up cus i listened to the reviews and was scared the straps wouldn’t fit and now they a little big, so I’d say get your regular shoe size cus it’s an open toe boot; i got a lot of extra room and the straps r big around my legs, for reference I’m 5’6 170lbs thick asf lol and the straps fit around my legs perfectly fine with a lot of extra room since i sized up but will still be wearing!! I absolutely love. In my opinion, if the shoe is a tie up in the back or zip up, they run true to size. I think it’s only necessary to size up in the plastic pleasers but go with your gut always
