Purchase 3 Playology toys for my furbaby. He immediately begin to pull the threads out of the rope toy. I contacted Karen and within a couple hours she returned my email and offered to either replace the rope or send a different toy. A couple days later the new toy was delivered. A great way to keep customers is with customer service and Playology knocks this out of the box. Thank You, Karen and Donna, for your prompt attention to this. I definitely recommend this company. And the other toys, my baby absolutely loves them. Five stars for the ball and ring.
