I had a great experience with Karen in customer care! After my dog destroyed two toys within minutes, I reached out expressing my disappointment since these toys are not inexpensive and are marketed as tough. Karen listened to my feedback and suggested that I try one of their higher ranked toys for my dog. She provided two recommendations, asked which flavor I wanted and sent me two brand new toys for free! It’s been a few months and my dog hasn’t made a dent in either but plays with them all the time. Thank you to Karen for working with me and restoring my faith in the company!

The chew rubber bone is not durable at all. My 11 week old puppy has chewed it apart in about 10!minutes. It’s cute though and she liked it! I wouldn’t recommend for rough chewers. Edit- the company was awesome and sent me a new bone in the mail right away. We got the ring, and my puppy is NOT chewing through it! So I’ve updated to 4 stars

Had little tear in bone

These toys are very well made and fun to play with. I got two of the silver series toys for my senior dog to chew on, but unfortunately, he's not interested in them and I got two regular toys for my younger dog who gets excited and plays with them initially, but it quickly wears off. They are fun to throw and bounce around which makes it a little more excitement during playtime. I'm wondering if my dogs just don't like either of the scents I got (2 peanut butter and 2 sausage). I still think these toys are really great though. Maybe our next dog will use them more.

Product are small for Big dogs ....I wish you will have bigger toys sizes for big dogs

Bought a rope bone and rubber stick for my 3 small dogs - no interest whatsoever. Contacted email address on packaging for customer service. They were very responsive and sent me 2 different toys to try - a bone and a ball. Dogs are showing more interest in these. Not sure the scented toys are making a difference, but happy with a company that stands behind its products and tried to make it right.

I love the scented ropes and chew toy but miss the different small balls ie. Crunch ball etc

We were at our wits end, our little Havashire was destroying everything we got her. Then we found the Playology toys. We thought they sounded good so we bought her the small bone in peanut butter, a small beef flavor ball and a medium peanut butter ring. The ball and bone later s total of 7 minutes combined before she had chewed pieces of of them. We contacted Karen and she sent us a medium chicken flavor ball and a small beef ring. The ring died within 3 minuets but the ball is still holding up. Karen asked how things went and I told her the ring didn't make it but the ball is doing good and she loves the flavor. So Karen sent us another beef flavor medium ball. It's holding it own so far although the squeaker plug has a gap most of the way around it now. For a little dog (10#) she is a very strong chewer, and she's not a year old yet. Karen has been fantastic. Not only sending replacements, but following up with his things went. The good are very tuff and would have worked for my Chesapeake Retriever.i have to say Playology makes a good product their toys outlasted everything else we tried and their service is exceptional.
