I bought two playology toys for my 6 month old puppy and neither worker for different reasons. One she had no interest in at all and the other she loved, but within minutes chewed pieces off of it and I had to take it away. I wrote to Karen to let her know and she worked with me and sent me two toys that are perfect for my puppy at no charge. Great customer service!

We have a Staffy mix who tears through everything! I went to our local pet store to find a new toy for him and came across Playology. I bought him the Level 4 large bone and he was able to tear a small piece off the first day. I reached out to Playology and Karen was amazing! She informed me that there was, in fact, a Level 5 ball that I wasn’t aware of. She sent it to me and our dog hasn’t been able to chew one piece off in almost a month! I highly recommend Playology, and their customer service is fantastic!

I bought a playology toy for my Rottweiler. He sniffed it and walked away from it. I got in contact with Karen from customer service and she was wonderful!! She asked a lot of questions about my dogs likes and dislikes and send me a different toy within 3 days. He loves the new toy and is very happy with it. Definitely will buy more toys from them. He is not a peanut butter fan he is a beef fanatic 😂😂. Great customer service!!!

Fantastic customer service! I bought a bone for my German Shepherd and she didn't really take to it. The package said that there was a Happiness Guarantee, so I reached out via email. Received a few suggestions but she still wouldn't take to the bone. Karen offered me a few different choices for a replacement and she shipped me a ball that my dog loves. Great company!

We originally bought one of their bones for my dog and she didn't care for it or the scent and wouldn't use it. I contacted Playology and the customer service was exceptional. I had quick responses and they found out more about my dog and made it right by sending a different one of their toys. They sent my dog their rope and she absolutely loves it! I will definitely be shoping with them again!

Purchased 4 toys from this company. One lasted 3minutes, second lasted 7 minutes, third lasted 9 minutes. 4th was to small to let the dogs play with. Save your money so it doesn’t wind up in your pets intestinal track.
