So far so good.

I'm really enjoying this product. So far I've used it daily and can see the improvements. The video tutorials are great preps for the lessons. I'd highly recommend to anyone wanting to learn how to play the piano.

The app is great an teaching me a lot since day 1. I would only recommend optimizing slightly the user experience (when it comes to open courses or other open things it is not so obvious, I would welcome for example somethinv similar to Netflix experience). Also jump start for more experienced players eould be cool, quicker way to estimate current level and suggest more appropriate content to begin with. Thanks

It works really well for me. I can sit down whenever I have a chance and play for as long as I want. I really enjoy all of the extra courses that open up. Playing with MIDI is a challenge. I can play the progressions well but with the computer timing you, there is NO room for any human variance so you get yellow notes that score against you even if you are just a fraction off time. Minor nuisance. Overall, well worth the cost of the course

We purchased the Annual family plan. Initially, I goofed up the redemption code. This was quickly resolved by the team. After using Playground sessions for about three weeks we wanted to change from Annual Family plan to Lifetime Family plan. This again was seamlessly addressed by team. Our annual plan amount was refunded and the lifetime plan was initiated. Which changing the plan, some of the sessions that we had previously unlocked were not visible. This again, was quickly resolved by the team. We have never played any musical instrument before, in our lives. We are throughly enjoying the method of teaching. I never thought I could play the piano with both hands but I love the way the sessions are planned.

Everything easy to navigate, order processed promptly and without fuss.
