I wish it could without a wire like a built in battery

The controller itself is awesome. Took away one star because the free three months of Xbox game pass didn’t work and I never received a response from customer service.

I love the ease of play and the connection to my iPhone to play on the go. The only improvement I would suggest would be to create a more playable experience for Playstation members. The device does not work as well on PS platform as it does with XBox.

Ok i love it everything even the app. But the analog stick to play shotter games is bad cause i dont have precision because is to little. But it will be really nice if you can put skin or costume analogs like nintendo switch

This thing is awesome, playing games on my phone has never been more fun! If I were to change anything I would come up with a way to accommodate phone cases somehow. It can get a little tiring constantly pulling my case off.

Love having a controller that not only allows me to play mobile games on it but Xbox games as well. Only thing is the mic doesnt work for multiplayer online games

I love the backbone hands down for my IPhone. The only issue I have with it is that sometimes it will disconnect from the phone saying that I need to connect a controller to my phone. But other then that I would continue to use their product for a long time to come.

The backbone works great as a controller. I’m very impressed how easy it was to set up and use. I’ve played quite a bit of Minecraft dungeons on xCloud beta using it and have had very little issues. The only things to note are that I limit my use because my iPhone 11 Pro gets quite hot fast (not sure if it’s xCloud causing that) as well as that the adding games to the backbone app by clicking the button does not work well for me as far as xCloud games.
