Backbone Labs, Inc.Reviews of playbackbone.com

J’adore Backbone des super manette pour téléphone tablette et ordinateur vraiment bravo à eux

Purchase was smooth and quick delivery. I needed to return due to it being a duplicate gift, Lloyd in the customer service department was extremely helpful and dealt with my query efficiently. I would have no hesitation recommending this company.

I purchased a backbone through a third party who offered a perk that was not received. Besides the backbone itself being the best purchase for easy play and great compatibility, backbone gave me the perk I was missing. Great product and amazing customer service!!!

Support was great! They understood my issue and took great care of getting me another controller out. Thanks again...

Tive problema com um dos produtos e eles solucionaram em pouco tempo sem me gerar dor de cabeça, com certeza voltarei a comprar com essa empresa

I had a new controller, but phone audio stopped working within months, headphone jack or Bluetooth would still work. I contacted support and was sent a new controller at no cost, great support!

Good customer service and support 👍🏻

Lloyd was extremely helpful and went above and beyond! Amazing customer service!!! This company is awesome and their controllers are awesome!
