Once the product was ordered, BackBone fulfilled the order quickly. I appreciated their professionalism and efficiency. I am familiar with the Backbone One (for IOS and Android) and enjoyed the mobility of the game platform. I play Destiny 2 on it. Until Backbone, Destiny 2 was solely a desktop game (...for me). The screen view is small but clear.

Answer was fast, and then my controller arrived fast as well, I’m anxious to open the box and play!

Great service! No clue there was a warranty on these controllers so I missed out but to still receive help is outstanding!

El gamepad es genial con warzone mobile practicamente es indispensable para jugadores de mando , llevo mi experiencia de juego q otro nivel , la app engloba todos los juegos a la perfección , no tener lag es magnifico, tuve una falla con mi dispositivo y por nulo alcance de soporte técnico en mi región no podia llevarlo a reclamar mi garantía, los muchachos de soporte técnico jake y kurt en todo momento buscaron una opción para darme una solucion y lo hicieron , sin dudas la empresa piensa en el usuario en el producto la calidad y la atención , no habia tenido una atencion tan seria y dedicada antes ! I am very impressed with Backbone's after-sales service. It far exceeded my expectations. I just tried using their system for contacting product claims, thinking it would be complicated, and I had given up on claiming products from abroad since I am outside the US. I am in Thailand but received service incredibly fast—so fast and surprising that the product arrived before I even knew my claim had been approved. It's an excellent product in both design and service. I will definitely tell others and recommend it to my friends. The quality is really worth the price.

My concerns were well received and feedback given was very helpful and easy to understand. The steps provided were also easy to follow.
