Very poor quality material, I don't recommend buying their product. Does not work after 1 week of use

Great lights, high powered and sturdy. Amazing benefits. Stopped my hair from disastrous shedding and helps regrow new hair. When I use it I see tons more new regrowth within a month. Has helped my wrinkles and skin tone and texture. I look younger and healthier. Helps my arthritis greatly. Helps my sore back. I meditate daily for 6 minutes, 6 inches in front of the light and feel refreshed and happy and healthy afterwards. Amazing customer service. After almost 3 years of use my light started blinking. I sent a 20 second video to the company, they looked up my warranty information (it came standard with THREE YEARS!), and had a new one sent out within a few days. No difficult questions, no special proof needed, they had stored my info and properly honored their warranty!! I will always buy Platinum lights from now on.

I ask them about their light. What material they use to make them. Well, light bulb are made of plastic, is mean it not heathy for our body as it claim it to be. Plastic release estrogen.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS! I ordered a stand and light panel, $1700, they sent a shipping email stating a signature was required which was great since I was out of town when would be delivered well that was a lie no sig required so UPS left on my porch on a busy street was gone when I got my neighbor to retrieve for me. I reached out they lied again and said that they opened a claim with UPS. UPS said no such thing had happened. They then put the blame on me saying I should have paid some extra fee for shipping insurance!! Why would you send $1700 worth of items to anyone with out a signature! Had to ultimatley file a fraud claim with my bank. Hoping my bank will do the right thing.

Sadly my 1000 dollar Biomax light stopped working and was out of the warranty having bought it less than 4 years ago. The advice from Platinum Therapy Lights was disappointingly: "You may have luck with an electronics repair facility in your area." Disappointing to be left in the lurch with an expensive purchase. Had I have known the shelf life of a 1000 dollar light was under 4 years I would have certainly not have bought it. I am looking into whether the sale of rights act applies to purchases made overseas but more than anything it has shown me that this company cares very little about their customer or returning sales. Seems a one time purchase is all they after which is sad as the surrogate salesforce aka your customer will talk about you positively, or negatively with equal enthusiasm. In an age of consumer abundance, the world open as a 24 hour shop...this lack of after care is very shortsighted. One very unhappy customer here (that has worked in the health and wellbeing industry for 20 years) Final thoughts. Anyone on here looking for a bit of advice (that I wish I had been given) buy within the UK where at least a faulty product will be at best replaced and at worst, fixed at no charge for 6 years regardless of warranty.

After reading so many bad reviews about this company before placing my order I felt as though I definitely had to come on and leave a review of my experience. I watched and read so much about Red light therapy before deciding which company to buy from and after discovering Platinum was the best option - based on effectiveness. I just wanted the best! However, even though I was really concerned after reading a lot of poor online reviews I decided to take a chance and go for it anyway! And I'm so glad that I did. I think a lot of the bad reviews are from the past and that the company must have really made some good changes. I had a concern about the ordering process and emailed the company - they replied within an hour (it was a problem with my card). I live in Liverpool in the UK and I received my Biomax 900 in 9 days by DHL (after paying import tax - it comes from Hong Kong). The order and delivery process has been seemless! I LOVE my Biomax 900! I've turned the Infrared light down because I'm prone to pigmentation - so I'm just using the red and blue light. It's really easy to use, simple to understand. It comes with everything you need - the hooks to hang it up, a remote, even an extra cable to attach another Biomax light to - which I already want to buy! When I can afford it I will buy a Biomax 450 so I have the complete full body experience. I can't comment on results from use because I've only been using it for four days but... I love the experience of using it (so warm and comforting). If I could afford to buy an entire little room of them I would. Great experience with the company. No Qualms whatsoever! Highly recommend.

I am based in the UK and was looking for a red light panel. This company has lots of great reviews on their website but not many here so I want to add my two cents. I ordered the biomax 450 and chose it specifically because of the multiple wavelengths. There are links to specific studies, confirming their claims, but you have to dig a little and search for them in the individual articles in the learning center. I do wish they made these links easier to find - for example on the 'How it works' page. The light was expensive and I also had to pay the customs fee. I placed the order on the 3/2 and it arrived on the 13/2. It arrived with DHL and the email asking to pay the customs looked a little dodgy, but after confirming the order and tracking number, I paid it. I had been suffering from chronic back pain since last year and months of physio did not help. I was more than willing to spend the money if it meant I don't have to take painkillers every day. The light is sturdy and came well packaged. The set up instructions were clear. I have been using it every day since it came and my back pain reduced significantly. I also used it on my face after wisdom teeth removal and I think it helped speed up the recovery. I do wish I hadn't ordered the remote as I don't ever use it but other than that it was absolutely worth the money. I never had to contact the company so I have no experience with their customer service. But I am super happy with the product and I only wish I had bought it sooner.
