I have dealt with many funding institutions who totally wasted my time, were dishonest and at the end, didn't come up with anything, other than hot air! Jake on the other hand, was honest, caring, speedy, right on the ball and I was amazed how he got me the much needed loan within hours!!! Thank you Jake, much appreciated!

I worked with Jake. He gave me a couple different options to choose from and was patient while I assessed the best one for my business. Answered all my questions in a timely manner and is still available to me when I have a question even after the transaction.
