Best Plants Anywhere
While I’m very disappointed that half of my order was cancelled because of quality issues, I’m glad that half of my order was canceled because of quality issues! The Manzanitas that were delivered are beautiful and I’m looking forward to planting them soon. I’ll be placing an order for the canceled plants as soon as they are made available. Every plant we have every received has been in tip top condition.
Response from Plants ExpressJun 1, 2026
Jane, thank you, and we appreciate your patience. We'd rather cancel plants than ship any that don't meet our quality bar, so we're glad you see it the same way. Those Manzanitas are special natives and we're thrilled yours arrived in tip-top shape. We'll have the rest back in stock soon and would love to complete your order then.
