Thank you, Will! Smooth from ordering to delivery, with healthy trees at the end of it, that's exactly the experience we work for. Enjoy them!
Frank S.
My tree came well protected, and looking very healthy and fit, but I thought the shipping cost was excessive.
Response from Plants ExpressJun 8, 2026
Thank you, Frank! Glad your tree arrived healthy and well protected. We hear you on the cost. Our flat $49.95 covers getting a living, full-size tree to your door in one piece, which is no small feat, but we always want it to feel worth it. Enjoy your new tree!

Tola O.
I had an HOA corrective measure along a 100-foot property line and needed to plant hedges, but I was completely stuck. I did not know which plant would work best, what size made sense, how to plan the layout, or how to avoid getting completely cleaned out by the usual local landscaping quotes. Then I found Plant Express, and Denise changed the entire experience. Denise was outstanding from start to finish. She patiently walked us through the options, explained what would work best for our situation, provided alternative quotes and planting plans, and helped coordinate delivery in a way that gave us confidence instead of stress. What stood out most was that Denise did not just process an order — she actually helped solve the problem. She knew the product, understood the situation, and went above and beyond in a way that is rare these days. Her patience, professionalism, and generosity made a stressful HOA issue feel completely manageable. This is what excellent customer service looks like. Plant Express earned my trust, and Denise deserves special recognition for representing the company so well. Thank you, Denise, and thank you to the Plant Express team. Highly recommended.

Tola, thank you for this. We shared it with Denise and the whole team. Helping you solve a 100-foot HOA hedge line (not just process an order) is the work we love most. Denise will be thrilled to know the options, quotes, and delivery turned a stressful situation into a manageable one. Enjoy the new hedges, and we're here whenever you need us.
