Not very express.
Not very express.. ordered 22 May arrived 9 June and it looks like it was packaged around that initial time . Pot bound with all the roots pushing through , yellow plant and dry as can be. Really disappointed.

I have twice written one-star reviews…
I have twice written one-star reviews for two plants I ordered that arrived crispy and turned brown and died within a couple days. Neither review has been posted on their website, which shows all 5-star reviews for those plants. I was busy with house construction and missed the window to ask for a refund within 30 days.

DONT BUY FROM HERE
Received a tree that died very shortly. Another in the order did just fine. No help, customer service was terrible, no attempt to make it right. Don't buy from here, please!

Plantexpress just delivered 25 weak and…
Plantexpress just delivered 25 weak and diseased iceberg roses. They stated that they didn't have anything better to deliver, so they basically stole my money. Stay away this is not a reputable company. Now they are saying that they don't know who I am to Trustpilot. I called them and spoke to them and who else bought exactly 25 rose bushes that they delivered??
