This was my first order. I was testing the waters before making a much larger 2nd order. I ordered 6 pittosporum tenuifolium "elfin" and 1 rosa floribunda. Instead they switched and sent me 6 pittosporum kohuhu and 1 dog rose bush. Not at all the same. Very disappointing. Will never order again, and will not recommend. Went locally and bought exact items.

Ordered a faux tree 3 weeks ago- NDD and still waiting. Terrible customer service When you call you get office reception who are not permitted to make outbound calls and call you back with update on where your order is. No responses or update for 3 weeks Won’t be using this company again and now about to try and get a refund.

Hello Natalie, We believe this review is intended for a company in the UK calling themselves Plants Express without our authorization. Sorry about your bad experience, but we are completely unrelated. We are a US only outdoor plant company using the domain plantsexpress.com. Because we come up first for a “Plants Express” search on Trustpilot, there is understandable confusion. If you are indeed looking for a company selling artificial plants in the UK (plants-express.com), which is currently the second result for Plants Express on Trustpilot, we would be very grateful if you could remove this review from our account. Thanks very much.

I PLACED AN ORDER AND PAID FOR EXPRESS DELIVERY. I SUSPECT THIS IS A SCAM AS AFTER 5 EMAILS AND AN ATTEMPTED PHONECALL I AM NO FURTHER FORWARD. PAYMENT WAS TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT UPON PLACING THE ORDER AND I HAVE HAD NO CONTACT SINCE. I ADVISE AGAINST ATTEMPTING TO PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER UNLESS YOU FEEL GENEROUS AND WANT TO GIVE AWAY YOUR MONEY. PLANTSEXPRESS, IF IT EXISTS, SHOULD HANG ITS HEAD IN SHAME. DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR.

Hello JT, We believe this review is for Plants Express UK. We are Plants Express United States, a completely different company. Could you please confirm if this issue concerns us or the UK company? If it is related to us, kindly provide all the details so we can assist you, as we could not locate your order in our system. If you are referring to https://www.plants-express.com, we kindly ask you to remove your review, as this company does not appear to be on Trustpilot.

I originally scheduled delivery for 11/13/2025 and confirmed over 1 week in advance that it would be shipped to a Sacramento hotel where I would only be for 2 days. I do not live in a regular delivery area. Then, on 11/11/2025 I was told that the trees were not available until 11/20/2025. But, clearly that wouldn't work as I would no longer be in Sacramento then. I called Plants Express and said NOT to deliver the trees but to keep the order open so that a delivery could eventually be made to Stockton, 1 hour closer to me. They agreed. Then, on the night of 11/19/2025, I received an email "confirming" the tree delivery to the Sacramento hotel the following morning! There was no way to reach the driver to cancel. The phone lines to Plants Express were closed for the day. I had no idea whether the trees would simply be dropped off while the hotel staff wondered what the heck it was all about. Ultimately, I had to pay a friend to spend 5 hours of her life trying to get these dumb trees which should not have been delivered there in the first place. Then, she wasn't able to lift them into her SUV so it was all for nothing. I then had to spend another 5 hours of my time the following day, renting a trailer to go get them myself. Mind you, I already had a free truck and trailer available to me on the original 11/13 date. What a fiasco. I called to complain and got a very nice but non-helpful gentleman who said that the gal who was responsible and could help make it right was out but she'd call me back. Nope. No call back at all. no refund. no reimbursement of my time, the rented trailer, nothing. My "free" delivery cost me $400 and 10 unnecessary hours of time. What a deal.

Skip this vendor. I thought this was a reputable company that had quality first. First, massive bugs in plants that could have impacted my entire garden. Second getting a replacement plant, pick up, shipping, etc. I will not purchase from them again. They don't appear to have their business practice in line on any front

Received the wrong plants and one of them was damaged, it several broken leaves. I was on a time crunch to deliver a planter so I had to use them and not charge my client.
