DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY… I ordered a bed from them on sunday 7/26 (King sized)… my partner was home so I told him to measure the wall to see if it would fit, when I got home I remeasured the wall because I just like to do things on own. Keep in mind this is all within a 5 hour time frame. I contacted customer service and they told me that they can help me out with this and someone was going to reach out to me, NO ONE REACHED OUT. Today (7/27) I got a message that the order has been shipped. So they purposely sent out the bed so that they can charge me a return shipping fee for a bed that physically cannot fit into my space. This is ridiculous.

WARNING to consumers - $400 table arrived damaged and they DO NOT RESPOND to help fix this issue. It's been over a week - nothing. I have a pile of wood in my living room. TERRIBLE customer service. Really disappointed.

They promised 5-day delivery and it took several weeks. It finally arrived, seemed like quality wood but every single piece needed to be assembled. I took over ~6 hours to put together. Fast forward to 2-weeks after assembly, the center aluminum beam is completely bent and nonfunctional, risking the wood slats breaking with any weight added to the bed. Reached out to customer service and now, 2-weeks later, I still have a broken bed and extremely poor communication due to "technical issues" on their end. Really? Technical issues with responding to several emails? I am 9 months pregnant and now have to scramble to find a place to recover from delivery upon my baby's arrival. This place is a scam. Don't buy from them, you'll regret it!

Horrible company with horrible horrible HORRIBLE customer service. They will take your money, provide absolutely no help in getting you what you paid for, and delete any and every comment online commenting about their lack of customer service. It is shameful in every way.

I wish there was an option for zero stars. BUYER BEWARE. I ordered a dresser for my guest room well in advance of my out of town guests arrival. The company couldn’t have made communication about the delivery date more confusing. The dresser was very difficult to put together. 5 hours into it, I realized the pieces didn’t fit because they were defective. I called customer service and asked to return for a full refund. The company refused and insisted on sending a new dresser, and made it clear that disposal of the first dresser was “on them”. The new dresser arrived at my door, and when I called to make arrangements for the first dresser to be picked up, I was told that they “don’t offer that service”. I am 66 years old and five ft tall; I have no way to dispose of this crappy furniture. Take my advice; SHOP ELSEWHERE!!! I wish I had. They’ll lie to you just to get you to go away.

I purchased a bed, nightstand and dresser. Two of the pieces arrived damaged and the third piece full-size bed had some screws that were too short to attach the support beam to the middle of the bed. Shanell with Customer Service was incapable of understanding when I sent a picture showing the bolt being too short that it indeed was too short. After many many emails back-and-forth, they replaced the nightstand and the dresser and send me one bolt assembly for the bed it needed 2. The replacement nightstand was also damaged and they offered me a new one or a refund. I chose the refund. The replacement dresser was in good order except for an area where the stain wasn’t right. I chose to keep that dresser because I was just too damn tired of dealing with this company. They say that their products are solid wood, and that is not the case. There is particleboard and laminate incorporated into the furniture. The headboard on my bed was particleboard with thin laminate. The dresser was mostly solid wood, but the entire back was particleboard, and the bottoms of the drawers were two. The sides in the back of the drawers were not finished. I would not purchase from them again. Their furniture is manufactured in Vietnam and their headquarters is in South Carolina. I wish I could add pictures so that you could see the issues I had.

Item arrived damage and despite reaching out multiple times through their return request form no one responded. Their customer service is nonexistent - worse than terrible. I DO NOT recommend buying anything from this company. I'd give zero stars if possible. Poor quality all around.

Plank and Beam has not replied to my email. As a result, their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Do not buy from Plank and Beam. I assembled the rustic full-size bed and it looks new overall. However, a few pieces of wood had minor damage when I received them. Also, a few of the screw holes made by the manufacturer was flawed, so the screw would not fit properly. Because of this, I drilled a new hole to attach the bed panel correctly and lightly sanded the area. The bed is fully assembled and stable, and the modification is minor. Additionally, Additionally, the middle bed panel did not have two supports, so I installed two support legs under the center panel to provide better stability. The bed is fully assembled, sturdy, and the modifications are minor. Overall, in my opinion, the product deserves about 3.5 out of 5 stars.
