The search was on for a website design company and when I came across pixelslogodesign, to tell you the truth, I was at first apprehensive. Since I wanted it done, I raised a query and chatted with the Design Consultant. I must say, since that moment onwards, the experience has only gotten better. Prompt updates, umpteen reviews all towards ensuring customer is satisfied. Time differences might have created the odd hiccup, but nothing that couldn't be resolved. Of particular mention are Romeo (my initial contact) and more lately, Kevin Marshall. Both have been fantastic. Don't think twice about getting your work done through pixelslogodesign and if you get to interact with Kevin or Romeo, be assured that you are sorted!!

I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking to get a professional logo created for an affordable price. I also feel that the customer service was fantastic and I am extremely appreciative of the fact the customer service rep took the time to walk through each step with me. My logo came out exactly as I wanted it.

To me was worth the $ 99 for the logo. I was able to go through multiple revisions. For me to explain a complicated request, they called me on the phone. A lot of customer service for $99. And I like the upgrades they offer like an animated logo and even a 1 minute video. Things for me to consider. There are lower cost logos but they will not give you this kind of service.

I am completely satisfied with the quality of service from Lisa Parker and Jay Martin. They worked with me to meet my design needs in MORE than a timely manor and also within my budget. I will continue to be their customer through my two new websites in the future. Thank you all! Paula Bennett

Honestly had I dealt with Kevin from the beginning I may not have had to delay my launch, change my business plans, delay my staff, loose clients, loose money and get extremely aggravated. I have called in at times from my cell phones and i get no response, but when i called in from an unknown number someone was prompt and friendly just as they were when i first paid. I literally went thru 5 different designers in their office in the hopes of getting my designs completed. I also went as far as sending them EXACTLY PAGE FOR PAGE WHAT I WANTED ON MY WEBSITE AND THEY STILL GOT IT WRONG. I was very disheartened and when asked to do the review I delayed and make sure that my review was not based on feeling of aggravation but instead a review that accurately depicts my experience. I know that I was soooooooooo patient with them and my job should have been done weeks ago! Yes, almost 3 months and I am still waiting for my website to be finished. If it were not for Kevin, I know that I would have gotten an attorney involved. I pray now that the rest of the project goes smoothly. Looking forward to completing my project but i literally have so much other work that needs done. So i am looking for a good company to help me do so.

EDIT: here's the Order ID PLD-61004 I'm writing this review because I received an email from Pixelslogodesign asking for a 5 star rating on this site... There is no chance this company would get a 5 star review from me. I opted for infinite revisions on my logo, the first 3 designs they sent were pretty bad, I went with the idea of one of them but along they way they continued to butcher the designs. In the end I literally had to design my own logo and get them to re-do my design. Every revision came back only 50% done, and with constant amateur mistakes like lopsided lines when they design was supposed to be perfectly symmetrical. I wasted about 2 months trying to get a simple logo out of them THAT I DESIGNED MYSELF. their artist were complete amateur, more so than myself. The experience was horrendous, it wasted so much time and delayed the launch of my business. In the end I had to practically yell at them to get them to stop making mistakes, and I am not that type of person. I paid them just to get the horrible experience over with, and I actually ended up creating my own logo (completely different than what I paid them for) in 1 day and it is now the logo for my business. It's not "great" but its MUCH better than what I paid them for. It's unfortunate that they pleaded me for a review, and had the audacity to ask for 5 stars. The only reason I'm leaving 2 stars and not 1 is that even with the bad experience I had they managed in the end to FINALLY follow my incredibly simple guidelines and deliver what I agreed on. It should have taken no more than a week to make the logo, but due to their constant mistakes and only following half of the revisions it took forever. I wish I could add a photo to this review to show you the hours I spent on photoshop literally giving them to guidelines to copy since they couldn't do it without being babied through the process. You get what you pay for, don't cheap out, and don't hire this company it is a complete waste of your time and money.

I submitted my preliminary idea to them - and then they took my idea and realized it in the most perfect way! After their first version, I made a revision - and they corrected it within an acceptable time frame. Very happy with the time and effort they put in to my logo!
