Good Job Kevin & Jeff. My website looking Good..

I was hesitant at first due to the fact I have never heard of the organization. However, after several support IM chats I was very impressed with the quality of service\support and the generosity. Support walked me through each package deal and helped me determine which would suite me best. My logo turned out to be awesome, in love with it. Thank you Isabella! Way to go!

I started this process with Pixels in July of 2016 and paid $1,349 for the Web Premium Package and $800 for a custom portal that integrates info from my website to a CRM tool. I spoke with Chris Jackson who confirmed they could successfully complete the website and portal in 3-4 months. Fast Forward to April 2017, I still do not have my website and they were unsuccessful at building the custom portal. Now they won’t answer my calls or talk to me in the chat room. They also acquired my Domain name and even provided me with my domain emails, but when it was time to make the website live they did not have access to the domain name. Isabella told me the employee who set up my domain account “passed away and took all of the domain information to his grave.” I spoke with GoDaddy about this and they said even if that was true, Pixels still have ways to recover login info for their GoDaddy account. This is bad because I ordered marketing merchandise with my website and email info on it. I contacted Pixels via chat room or phone on a daily basis and they gave me false hope everytime. Finally I got fed up and asked for my money back, they asked me to give them another chance but I had enough of their lies and excuses. They told me they would process the refund, but I never received it. Pixels then stopped answering my calls and no longer responded to me in the chatroom, I would access the website from a different computer and they would aggressively start chats because they thought I was a new visitor. I contacted Pixels from another phone number and spoke with Jay Martin who told me the refund was issued, but that was a BIG lie. I got in contact with Shawn from the Billing department who hung up on me when I asked for a refund. I contacted my bank to cancel the transaction, but they couldn’t because it was completed over 4 months ago. I then talked to Jay Martin in the chat room without identifying who I was and he took my account info and told me I would get my full refund in 3-4 days. 7 business days passed and I still did not get my refund, I went to the chat room again and told them I never received a refund. I spoke with Lisa Patrick who told me the refund was sent on their side and would take 10-12 days to reflect in my account. I asked her for proof of the alleged refund and she told me the Billing department would email the refund proof to me. It’s been 15 BUSINESS days since they told me I would get a refund and I still don’t have it. So here I am now with no domain, no website, no portal and out of $2,149. Working with Pixels has caused me a lot of stress and anxiety and it’s not fair as a consumer. This company is a FRAUD and I advise you to stay away from them. Please learn from my horrible experience.

I had a great experience working with Pixels Logo Design. It is a VERY interactive site with excellent communication. The highlight feature for me was their chat support online. It was extremely convenient and they really worked hard to get you in touch with the right person to address your needs. Alison is one of their associates, who did a terrific job helping me with any questions or issues that came up. They did a great job with our logo!

They were very professional with their work ethics by completing each revision in an expeditious manner. They went above and beyond to get the design I had in mind.
