So, i started out with zero real communication about my business. Then finally got a logo, the stationary files are not Word Templates but I am able to use them. However, I have been requesting since I first signed up for them to get the domain name. Finally got a webmail, on 11/29 but still no website test link that I was assured in the following email as you can see... kmarshall via directcontactpro.com Nov 29 (2 days ago) to me Hello Lisa, I tried calling you and left voice mail. Its just that we are working on the website and will deliver them to you later tomorrow or by Friday at max. Thanks Kevin Marshall Account Manager Pixels Logo Design I have requested the files that they have already developed that I paid for so I could finish myself, I have requested a refund. I still have 0 website and after every time I request a refund, I am given more empty promises and then ignored on chat. Go elsewhere. more than a month after the collected my money, I still do not have a website for my web based business

The logo designs are awesome, very personalized service and quick delivery timing!! Special shout out to Lucas who helped me to resolve the issue with downloading my logo. 3 people before I Chatted to couldn't do it, but Lucas did it right away within 5 minutes and I had all my logos!!! Those are people like Lucas (Account Manager) who make PixelsLogoDesign a company to come back to and use their services again and again! Lucas should be promoted!! Thank you, Lucas, for being such an amazing ambassador for your company.
