I have to give it 4 stars for good customer service. It was complicated for me to download it and sadly i was disappointed with the outcome of my videos and didn't see them as i wanted. But i do recommend trying it. You can get trial and see how it works and you get customer help quickly.

Thank you for the review. Since you have Nvidia GPU, you downloaded the zip file. You need to extract the zip file and then run the installer that is inside the extracted folder. You were running it from the zip file without extracting, this is the reason for the error 'insert a disk'. We had over 20 emails back and forth for trying out the free trial version of the software. Thank you for trying out our software.
