Disappointing support
This program has not been updated for years. When I bought it in 2021, it was already old, and it is still the same version today, 2024. Difference is, it won't run at all now - and it needs a serious update.I have used Pixbim Color Surprise for some time, it was reasonably good while it worked, and then one day it just stopped working with an error code. And here is the frustration. Contacting support, they reply quick, but with the same advice every time. Uninstall and re-install. No other advice forthcoming. Only so many times I want to reinstall. It is like "Alt-Ctrl-Del" when Windows does not work. I would not recommend anyone spending money on this company while their software is this buggy.

Thank you for the comment. This is the reason we have free trial so users can try it out before purchasing. As we mentioned in our support emails, the software was working earlier but something changed on your machine that is causing this error. You can run the software on another computer without purchasing, We mentioned the same thing in our support email too. Regarding updates - Here you can see our updates about Pixbim Color Surprise AI https://pixbim.com/colorize-photos#download We are working on the next version and we will release it when it is ready. Also our updates are free. We suggest to try the software on another machine. On your machine if system files are corrupted or missing then you can see the error like you mentioned in emails.
