The prints look great
The prints look great, but the package arrived with a bunch of damage to each test print. Not sure what happened when the delivery driver handled it, but everything was bent up. That's why I gave it a 4 star and not 5. Looks like it was packaged well too, so not sure what happened.

Good Quality, But Cover Missprint
Good quality cover, paper, and printing BUT even though all my images and preview looked great, they still messed up the spine and it's printed not on the spine, but beside it on the cover... not sure what happened, hope they will send a reprint.

Fast, Efficient, Knowledgeable
First time user here. Ordered 100 copies of an 85 page paperback for the 65th Anniversary of our Ski House. Everyone was extremely helpful with questions and logistics of getting this book ready for publishing. Delivery was incredibly fast after pushing the GO button. I will absolutely be using this service again.

Children's book printing--very satisfied
Pixart printed 1000 copies of a 32-page full color children's book for me on recycled paper. It came out great and the customer service was excellent, keeping in touch with me through the whole process and making sure I got my book delivered on time. Environmentalism is at the core of my message and mission so I was passionate about doing a book on recycled paper. I searched wide and far but all the quotes were too high to be remotely profitable, so I was delighted when Pixart was able to get me a workable price (about $4/copy less than the other bid). I had a 3-day window that I really wanted to book to arrive and it came on the first of those three days. I was amazed, frankly. From submitting the order to having the boxes in hand was less than two weeks. Overall, I would highly recommend Pixart for self-publishers. Thanks!

the product is beautiful
the product is beautiful, there was a human who helped me when I called with questions instead of a chatbot. The books came before expected for incredible price. I will use you r company for all my publishing needs!
