Hi Bill, thank you for your feedback. We are glad to hear the book arrived on time. After investigating, we found that the final product was printed exactly as per the PDF file provided during the upload process, which unfortunately did not include the final two pages. While we print files as-is, we always want our customers to be happy. We see you spoke with our team and, although a reprint was offered as a gesture of goodwill, your deadline didn't allow for it. We are pleased we could provide a 15% discount for your next order instead and we look forward to serving you again!
