The water I drink daily now gives me a non stop energy. My skin doesn't feel that dry anymore and the water tastes great. Cleaning the bottle really good is a little challenging.

Customer
Not convinced this produces hydrogen especially when I deal in containers and no air seal detected or change in taste whatsoever
Response from PIURIFYApr 12, 2024
Hey there! We're sorry to hear that you're not fully satisfied with the performance of our water hydrogenator. It's important to note that hydrogen gas itself does not significantly alter the taste of water. To ensure you're getting the benefits of hydrogen-rich water, we recommend using an H2 test kit. We've sent you an email with more details on how to verify the hydrogen levels effectively.🤗

As much as I love and enjoyed my first one, it was a bit disappointed to find the rim of the glass breaking apart.😕😮 Possibly the heat has caused the rim to break in pieces... However, did purchase another. Hopefully, it's not going to happen again! 👍🏼🤷🏼♀️

Hi Luisa! We’re really sorry to hear about your experience with the glass breaking. We're looking into this issue and have sent you an email to gather more details and ensure it doesn't happen again. We appreciate your feedback and hope to resolve this quickly for you. 🙏
