I ordered the larger H2 purify pitcher after tiring of using my husband’s H2 bottle. It was easy to set up and after the first use there is no after taste to water. We love have 1.5 liter water available to share

I received my hydrogen water bottle and have been using it for a week. I purchased a highly rated dissolved hydrogen testing kit and am extremely disappointed in this bottle. At the 5 minute mark there is only 500ppm, not your stated 1600pm. I decided test at the 10 minute mark using the water just tested at 5 minutes, and only got up to 1500ppm then - at technically 15 minutes! I would like a refund of my money as this appears to be a blatant scam.

We understand how important it is to feel confident in the performance of your purchase. Using reagent drops to test hydrogen concentration can often provide inaccurate results due to external factors, such as water temperature, pH, and the inherent difficulty in measuring hydrogen gas, which tends to dissipate quickly (similar to soda water). The method used for home testing may not always reflect the actual hydrogen concentration, which is likely why the readings you observed don’t match our advertised claims. We want to assure you that our product has been independently tested and certified by H2 Analytics, according to IHSA standards. In fact, the actual hydrogen concentration measured in our tests exceeded 3500ppb, as verified by this third-party lab using the most accurate method available: gas chromatography. This method provides a precise and reliable reading, unlike other common testing methods. We already replied to your email to resolve this. Please know your satisfaction is our top priority and we'll do everything we can.🤗

I was just looking to see the status of my order of a new hydrogen machine and replacement filters and just looked and said it’s going back to your company. I wasn’t notified of any issues or anything which is disappointing. I have an autoimmune disease and was suggested the machine and filter would help yet no notification.
